                  Terms & Conditions

                  For Stall Booking & Sponsorship Mobilization

                  Authorized Partner : Chanakya X LLP

                  Organized by JAI Foundation

                  1. Stall Booking & Sponsorship

                  • All stall booking and sponsorship amounts must be paid in full before the event date as communicated by the organizer.
                  • Bookings are non-refundable under any circumstances, including no-shows or failure to set up the stall.
                  • Each stall owner must complete setup, branding, and installation by 12:00 p.m. on the day before the event starts.
                  • Stall participants must be present at the venue at least 24 hours before the scheduled start date to coordinate and finalise arrangements.
                  • If any stall is empty or not established on time, the organiser reserves the right to reallocate the space to another exhibitor to maintain the exhibition's quality and experience.
                  • The organiser retains the final right to select, allocate, or change stall locations or sizes as required by logistical or operational needs.
                  • All stall sizes, facilities, and placement are subject to final confirmation by the organiser.

                  2. Event Rescheduling & Force Majeure

                  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances that lead to the cancellation or postponement of YES before its scheduled date, the organiser will make best efforts to reschedule and reorganise the event within six months.
                  • All confirmed bookings and sponsorships will be carried forward to the rescheduled date; refunds will not be applicable.

                  3. Rights & Authorisation

                  Chanakya X LLP is the sole authorised partner for stall booking and sponsorship mobilization.
                  • The organiser reserves the right to:
                    • Modify the floor plan, layout, or schedule for operational reasons.
                    • Cancel or refuse any booking found to violate event policies or brand guidelines.
                  • All participants must comply with the branding, safety, and setup guidelines shared by the organiser.

                  4. Visiting Passes & Workshop Passes

                  • Visitor passes and workshop/conference passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
                  • All passes are issued only after receipt of payment and are valid for the registered participant or representative.
                  • The organiser may require attendees to present a government-issued ID for verification.
                  • Workshop and conference sessions may have limited capacity; access will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to pre-registration.

                  5. General Conditions

                  • The organiser and its authorised partners shall not be liable for:
                    • Personal injury, loss, or damage to property at the event venue.
                    • Any loss incurred due to event rescheduling or operational changes.
                  • Participants and sponsors are responsible for ensuring the legality and compliance of their displayed products, services, and promotional materials.
                  • The organiser may capture photos/videos during the event, which may be used for promotional, archival, or media purposes without additional consent.

                  6. Acceptance

                  • By booking a stall, sponsorship, or pass, participants acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
                  • These terms are subject to change; any updates will be shared on the official event website and communicated via email.
